The fifth edition of the language magazine HRVATSKI! is here!
Dear readers,
the fifth issue awaits you from January 2025: HRVATSKI! 1/2025 the current magazine for learning Croatian is published for the fifth time. Immerse yourself in the fascinating world of Croatia with our entertaining and educational language magazine. And this time we offer you entertaining reports and articles about Croatian life, culture, history and other interesting things in Croatia. Our goal is still to make it easier for you to access the Croatian language and culture in an interesting and entertaining way.
In this edition of the magazine HRVATSKI! explore eleven natural beauties in Croatia as well as the interesting history of four castles. What places have you already visited? Which places haven’t you yet? Have you already been to the Plitvice Lakes?
Have you already walked around Trakošćan, the most beautiful castle in Croatia? If you haven’t, we recommend that on your next visit to Croatia, you set aside one day, or more if possible, and visit one of Croatia’s interesting natural beauties or one of the castles in central and northern Croatia.
In case you are interested in what other people think about Croatia, about life in Croatia, about the Croatian language, as well as about Vinkovci, a city in the east of Croatia, read three special topics.
Christof tells us what he thinks about the Croatian language, and he shared with us one of his songs dedicated to Croatia.
In a conversation with Ivan, you can learn a lot about the wonderful town of Vinkovci – what life is like there and why it is especially worthwhile to visit Vinkovci in autumn.
Also explore and study the Glagolitic script, the Old Slavonic script, which is also one of the symbols of Croatian identity. Try to write your name in Glagolitic on paper, on a blackboard, in the sand… And enjoy it!
