Prices, shipping costs and delivery information
The prices stated on the product pages include statutory VAT and other price components. Shipping costs are paid additionally. Shipping costs are as follows:
1. Shipping costs for individual issues and other products:
Germany: 3,00 €
Austria: 5,00 €
Switzerland: 5,00 CHF
EU countries: 5,00 €
Non EU countries: 8,00 €
2. Shipping costs for annual subscription PRINT:
Germany: 6,00 €
Austria: 10,00 €
Switzerland: 10,00 CHF
Non EU countries: 10,00 €
Non EU countries: 16,00 €
3. Collection by the customer:
There are no shipping costs for collection by the customer.
The shipping costs will be clearly communicated to you again in the shopping cart system and on the order page.
4. Digital Content
There are no shipping costs for digital content (e-paper, e-grammar, e-books, software, etc.).
The flat-rate shipping fee includes the statutory value-added tax. Since VAT is calculated on the shipping flat rate depending on the goods purchased, it can be reduced if goods are purchased at lower VAT rates (e.g. when purchasing books). This means that the shipping costs can only be finally calculated during the ordering process. However, it cannot be increased, only decreased in your favour.
Delivery is by Deutsche Post or DHL.
Payment
You can pay by direct debit (advance payment, direct bank transfer), credit card or PayPal. Payment in advance (direct bank transfer) is also possible for our subscriptions. To do this, contact us directly: info@fluechter-verlag.de.
Your credit card will be charged for subscriptions when the first issue is sent. For all other products, the charge will be made after the order has been completed. For the subscriptions paid in advance (direct bank transfer), you will receive the invoice by email once a year. Only after receipt of your payment will your magazine be sent to you with the printed invoice.
Customs duties
Deliveries to recipients in countries outside the EU may be subject to customs duties after the shipment has arrived in your country. You are responsible for these customs or import fees. We have no control over these costs and cannot predict the amount. Customs regulations vary from country to country.
